    Yes, but Schulz was from Minnesota. And great as Snyder may have been, he didn't have nearly the star wattage as Mays. I suppose Schulz could easily have mentioned Mantle a lot, though. I suspect he was no Yankee lover, though. Somebody who romanticized losing so much would surely resent the pinstripes.
